Minor — Swords
Two of Swords
The journey begins: the young man sets off, the closed Book carried on his back, while the magpie flies ahead of him, pointing to the right — the forest, the unknown. The DAL's Two of Swords is not a deadlock: it is the first guided step.
Symbolic reading
He carries knowledge without reading it yet: the Book weighs on his shoulders like a promise rather than a source of help. The magpie in flight shows the direction — towards what has no map. Where tradition seats a blindfolded figure here, balanced between two blades, the DAL chooses movement: hesitation is cut through by trusting the guide. The question is how long he will keep listening.
Reversed reading
The guide speaks, the traveller no longer listens: direction refused, knowledge carried as a burden, departure endlessly postponed in the name of balance.
